By placing an order, you agree to these purchase terms and the relevant policies presented before payment. Non-excludable rights under the law applicable to your purchase remain in force.
## Eligibility and order details
You must have legal capacity to make the purchase and authorisation to use the chosen payment method. Enter accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Where a parent or guardian's permission is legally required, obtain it before purchasing.
Before submitting an order, review the product, option, quantity, measurements, delivery address, payment currency, discounts, shipping, taxes collected, and final amount. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock.
## Product descriptions and intended use
The selected listing describes the item being offered, including stated materials, measurements, included components, and any available options. Decorative props or accessories shown in photographs are excluded unless expressly included in the description.
Lighting and screen settings can affect how colour and finish appear. This does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or remove rights for an incorrect or defective item. Follow product-specific care, installation, and safety instructions; do not use a decorative object for a purpose the listing does not support.
## Receipt and acceptance of an order
Submitting checkout is a request to purchase. An automated order email acknowledges receipt; we accept the order when we send dispatch confirmation, unless an earlier explicit acceptance or mandatory law establishes acceptance sooner.
We may decline a request for a genuine reason such as unavailable stock, failed payment, a destination we cannot serve, or reasonably suspected fraud. We notify you of cancellation and refund money collected for goods we will not supply.
We do not use error correction to rewrite an accepted purchase arbitrarily. A material error will be explained and handled in accordance with applicable law, with your agreement obtained where needed.
## Price, currency, and payment
Our standard transaction currency is USD. The agreed amount is the amount disclosed before you authorise payment, subject to any lawful correction agreed with you. Current payment methods are the options shown in checkout.
Standard shipping is US$6.99 per order to supported destinations. Any discount or shipping promotion must be reflected before payment. Taxes collected by us appear in the checkout summary; other legally applicable import charges are explained in the Shipping Policy.
Your financial institution may apply its own conversion rate or fee. We do not add an undisclosed charge after you have submitted an order.
## Preparation, delivery, and risk
Standard processing is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, separate from transit. Estimated transit after dispatch is 8–14 business days to the United States; 10–16 to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia; and 14–21 to other supported international destinations.
Our own or partner facilities may fulfil an order from outside your country. Products may travel in separate parcels without additional standard shipping charges merely because we split the shipment.
If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated period, we notify you and offer applicable delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options. Delivery assistance continues after carrier handover. Risk is allocated under applicable law, and no term automatically makes you bear all transit loss.
## Changes and cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel an undispatched order without a cancellation fee by contacting service@osdjr.com with the order number. We issue an approved pre-dispatch cancellation refund within 5 business days to the original payment method, subject to any shorter legal deadline.
We will try to assist with amendments, although an order may need to be cancelled and placed again if it cannot be edited. After dispatch, our Returns & Refunds policy and any statutory withdrawal rights apply.
## Returns and consumer remedies
Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Ordinary voluntary returns must meet the published condition requirements. Contact us for the applicable return address; the business address is not automatically the return warehouse.
You pay direct postage for a preference-based return. Where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with its description because of a problem attributable to us, we bear necessary return costs and provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
Approved standard-return refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee. Statutory withdrawal, legal guarantees, and shorter mandatory refund periods take priority over our voluntary timetable.
## Promotions and availability
A promotion applies only according to the conditions communicated before purchase. We do not use unsupported savings, false stock statements, or fabricated customer feedback to alter the basis of your purchase.
If paid goods become unavailable, we explain the options and refund the affected goods where they cannot be supplied. An alternative product is sent only with your agreement.
## Responsibility and legal protections
We are responsible for performing the obligations that these terms and applicable law place on us. We do not exclude mandatory product-conformity guarantees, liability for fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Any limitation on remote or unforeseeable consequential loss applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not remove the right to an appropriate remedy for our failure to supply, a defective product, or another breach for which we are legally responsible.
## Events beyond reasonable control
Severe weather, transport disruption, government measures, or other exceptional events may affect fulfilment. We will communicate material effects and take reasonable steps to address them. Such events do not automatically extinguish refund obligations or other mandatory rights.
## Applicable law and resolving disputes
The laws of the People's Republic of China govern the operation of Zhengzhou Yuzhong Technology Co, Ltd., subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. This choice does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Contact service@osdjr.com to seek a practical resolution. You retain any non-waivable right to complain to a regulator, seek an available alternative dispute process, or bring proceedings in a competent court. We do not impose exclusive foreign jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

Read the documents together. If an inconsistency affects an existing order, contact us; we will not use it to reduce an agreed or mandatory consumer right. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed transactions. Unenforceability of one provision does not invalidate the remaining lawful provisions.
