READ BEFORE PUBLICATION
ORVELINA™ ENGLISH PAGE PACKAGE
CONTENTS
Open index.html for the complete local preview. Ten separate HTML pages, ten matching plain-text pages, a combined plain-text document, and shared styling are included. Page titles and business/contact details appear at the top. The footer includes Quick link and Information menus, with access to About, Contact, FAQ, and all policy pages.
These are page-content files, not a complete Shopify theme or an automatically deployable store. Copy each page's content into the corresponding store page and adapt the shared styling through your theme. Replace relative preview links with the actual published page URLs. Do not upload this ZIP as a Shopify theme.
OPERATIONAL BASIS TO VERIFY BEFORE PUBLICATION
The following dispatch, shipping-fee, and transit figures come from the supplied Shipping Policy and have not been independently verified for ORVELINA™:
- Standard transaction currency: USD.
- Standard shipping: US$6.99 per order to supported destinations; no free-shipping threshold is assumed.
- Processing: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit after dispatch: US 8–14; Canada/UK/Australia 10–16; other supported international destinations 14–21 business days.
The rewritten package standardises the following customer-service rules. The operator must actually implement them before publication:
- Voluntary return request: within 30 calendar days after delivery; dispatch within 14 days of receiving instructions.
- Preference-based return postage: customer pays. Problems attributable to the seller: necessary return cost borne by the seller.
- No restocking fee. No cancellation fee for undispatched orders.
- Approved ordinary-return refund: original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, without unnecessary delay; shorter statutory deadlines override.
- Approved pre-dispatch cancellation refund: original payment method within 5 business days, subject to shorter legal deadlines.
- EU/UK withdrawal, where applicable, is separate from the voluntary 30-day policy and has its own statutory deadlines.
P0 RELEASE CHECKS THAT REQUIRE THE LIVE STORE
1. Match the supplied company name and address against the actual business-registration and Business Verification records. The English address has been preserved exactly as supplied, including LongyuanWest and FreeTrade; verify official spelling before publication. Do not independently change the legal entity spelling.
2. Confirm ownership, mailbox and phone functionality, supported destinations, actual dispatch countries, and the return warehouse country/address. Disclose material overseas return costs before purchase. A registered address is not automatically a returns address or dispatch location.
3. Verify that the US$6.99 charge, currency, tax handling, delivery estimates, cancellation ability, and return/refund rules match checkout, product pages, banners, FAQ, emails, and internal procedures. Update every occurrence together if actual operations differ.
4. Configure privacy operations to match the notice. Inventory actual cookies, pixels, recipients, retention schedules, and international transfers. Provide required notices, consent controls, opt-out controls, and handling of legally recognised signals such as GPC. Conditional wording does not replace a required, specific disclosure. Verify applicability and complete jurisdiction-specific disclosures, representative appointments, or other requirements as needed before targeting those markets.
5. For EU/UK selling, verify applicable withdrawal instructions and mandatory facilities, model-form disclosures, large-item return cost disclosures, and consumer-conformity obligations. If an online withdrawal function is legally required, implement it; an email link in this content package is not a substitute.
6. Publish every linked page without login, verify footer destinations on mobile and desktop, and remove old company names, domains, contact details, conflicting promises, and unfinished template content throughout the site, including platform-generated policies and checkout.
7. Use the displayed effective date only when it matches publication or the intended effective date; revise if publishing later.
This package addresses document-level P0 content and consistency. It does not certify business identity, implement checkout or privacy controls, test the live domain, or guarantee platform approval.
